From 11/20/2016 around 7:00pm PT, Essentials for Email Security has been experiencing degraded performance impacting dashboard statistics, reports and delays in the message log. Barracuda is continuing to resolve the issue. Mail flow is not impacted at this time.
As of 12:30 PM PST, Barracuda is actively monitoring issues with viewing the dashboard and message log. While services continue to be restored Message log and dashboard data are now available but are delayed by approximately 2 hours. Thanks for your patience.
