We're running 2.6.2.7 and are having a single odd issue. All of our "Policies" are working, no problems logging on, with the exception to one. This policy enters username, password, and PIN, then the page stalls on "Your access rules are currently being processed, please wait". At this point the Java panel should pop up to hit continue, but it doesn't.

Using a laptop, we can log in to any other account, but get the stalled page with this one account.

Any ideas?

UPDATE: Turning "Enable Agent Checking" to no, solved this one issue. This got us past the immediate issue, but we would like to re-enable the feature once solved.

Thanks

This sounds like your laptop is having issues with one of the NAC checks. You should open a Support case and someone will be able to go through this with you.
