Essentials for Email Security Email Spooling- 12/2/16

Some customers of Essentials for Email Security are experiencing issues where their emails are being spooled even though their destination email server is up and running.  Barracuda is aware of the issue and actively working with our upstream carriers to resolve the issue.

 

In the event that customers are seeing messages being incorrectly spooled, they can choose to redeliver the message(s) via the UI interface.

As of 12/2/2016 at 3:45PM PST, issues with emails being spooled have been resolved.  We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
