After a recent update to Barracuda Cloud Control users are experiencing slowness with the web UI. We are currently investigating the issue and will provide further information as soon as it is available. Please use http://status.barracuda.com to monitor updates.
The following products are affected:
- Barracuda Cloud Control
- Barracuda Appliance Control
- Barracuda Backup
- Barracuda Email Security Service
- Barracuda Message Archiving Service
- Barracuda Mobile Device Manager
This event will not affect core product functionality. Backups will still occur and email will still be filtered. This only affects customer ability to interact with the web portal.
Barracuda Backup devices that are not running the latest legacy or GA firmware 6.2 or 6.3 may experience inconsistencies in the UI when navigating between devices.
