As of February 7, 2016 at 8:43AM PST, some customer of Essentials for Email Security could be experiencing UI and mail flow degradation. This issue is localized to one of our datacenters. Barracuda Networks is aware of the issue and is currently rerouting traffic through an alternate datacenter. Please continue to monitor status.barracuda.com for updates.
Essentials for Email Security UI and Mail Flow Degradation - 2/7/17

On February 7, 2017 at 8:34AM PST, Essentials for Email Security experienced a degradation in mail flow and web UI. This was caused by networking issues as a result of a maintenance window to add capacity to one of our datacenters early Tuesday morning. By 9:00AM PST, Barracuda Networks rerouted traffic to one of its alternate datacenters and by 9:50AM PST, services were restored back to normal. At 1:15PM PST, Barracuda noticed another degradation in mail flow and web UI. By 2:00PM PST, all services were restored back to normal and operating at full capacity. During these times, some customers might have seen email delivery delays and intermittent issues accessing the web UI but no email was lost. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
