I was curious about the scanning mechanism in attachment filters.  Just a general question, but do the ESGs scan the contents inside the .zip archive or just the zip archive itself?  That is, if I have a user receiving an email with a .zip file attachment containing about 5 different files and one of them is a malicious Word doc inside of that .zip archive, would that be flagged by the Barracudas?

In all cases, zip files will still be scanned for blocked extensions if you have ... passworded archives will not be inspected by the Barracuda Spam Firewall.
