Could not query activation status, Hostname could not be resolved

Hi,

 

On Barracuda Activation on the CC, I have in the column Info :

Could not query activation status

and above on the right in red  :

Hostname could not be resolved...

 

What is the meaning of theses messages in the context of Barracuda Activation ?

It seems that you have no DNS-Server configured under Administrative Settings at the Barracuda-CC.

Therefore the CC cannot retrieve any license information for the boxes that it manages.

The DNS server are filled for the CC level Box...But recently it worked, so strange...
