Hello Barracuda Gang,

 

Listen, I use the company 8x8.com and we use their VoIP services and phones. I am need of transferring to extensions on our system but the network is too chatty (their words, to mine). Do any of you set specific VoIP rules or policies? Is that what you are supposed to do? I need to be able to transfer phone calls and have the phones work correctly on our lan but it seems to not be. I did call Barracuda and they said I have to setup specific VoIP rules but did not have the time or patience to walk through setting up the specific ones. Any suggestions or help? Thanks for your time..
