We have just set up a 4 node Nutanix cluster and moved our virtual machines to it/them.  I am trying to set up Barracuda to back up the VMs but am having trouble getting it up and running.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Are you using their Acropolis hypervisor or VMWare? If its VM, do you have a venter server or appliance?

If you are using VMware or Hyper-V, Barracuda Backup will support the backup of the guest VMs without the need to install a backup agent in each. If the hypervisor is Acropolis or something else, then a Barracuda Backup Agent will need to be installed in each guest VM.

What is the method to backup Acropolis VM snapshots on Barracuda Backup, as opposed to just the file system (bare metal backup) contents of the Acropolis VM?
