I have an application and i use all ports that connect to this application from the internet. That's because each customer i have, connects to a different port, assigned to that specific customer. Please don't ask why is that, it is just how it is.

Each port is running a separate instance of the application. I have two servers and i put them on the LB ADC. It happens now and then that a port or two become unavailable because the application crashed. How could i configure the load balancer to identify if the port accepts or refuses connections so it knows to forward the request to the other server? Should i change the server monitoring to TCP or is there something else i should do?

thank you :)
