Hey Guys,

We are new to cloud-to-cloud backup using Barracuda Essentials. We are having an issue with one particular domain when trying to get Sharepoint to backup. We get the following error:

Your authorization has expired. Reauthorize your account on the Edit Data Source page.

I have worked with support on this however they couldn't figure it out at the time and are going to get back to me. But I thought I would reach out to see if anyone else has a possible solution. I am working over the weekend and would like to resolve it if possible. Hoping maybe someone has seen this before and has a solution.

I have tried and double checked all info such as permissions, impersonation accounts, user name, password, url's, domains, authorize and reathorize, delete and start over.. as well as tried every possible combination I could think of.

Thanks for your help and time.

Hi Troy,

We had a similar error and it was a bug they had to fix. Ours is working OK now, but had to reauthorize after Barracuda was finished.
