Hi Friends,

I have a POC in one of my customer, and I am using Barracuda Email Security Gateway type 800.

ESG protected both Inbound and Outbound.

The problem is in the Outbound. After Barracuda ESG installed, it keep sending a random emails such as Zero Hour Intent, advertising, and even virus.

Please suggest what I must to do to decrease the spam.

I'm not quite sure what you are trying to say here.

If you are saying that since you started using the Barracuda Email Security Gateway to filter your outbound mail that it is catching mail for intent. viruses and advertising then that is what it is supposed to be doing.

If the mail is actually spam and viruses then you need to work with the domain to find where it is coming from and get it stopped. That would be an internal issue and not something that Barracuda Networks case assist you with

If the mail is a false positive, good mail caught as spam, then you can call into Barracuda Support and report this to a technician. Then can submit the mail to our spam accuracy team who can see why it was caught and will usually fix the rule or intent domain that caused the issue.
