Hello all,

as the documentation says,a valid Advanced Remote Access Subscription is necessary to allow concurrent C2S VPN User Logins (2 or more users login in with the same certificate). And it seems as if this feature has to be activated for every user that you want to use it.

Does anybody know where to do this?

Also, are concurrent logins (same user credentials, f.e. with MSAD auth) are possible with CudaLaunch as well?

Concurrent logins for the same user do not need to be enabled, they "just work" if you have the Advanced Remote Access Subscription for the firewall.  It does not matter how the user authenticates (MSAD/LDAP/...) or if CudaLaunch / SSL VPN / Client-to-Site sessions are opened.

The only limitation is that concurrent sessions does not work for Client-to-Site VPNs using Personal licenses, use VPN Group Policies instead.

I will check the documentation to make sure that this is stated more clearly.

Thanks for the reply, Michael.

Then it is clear why it is not working here - I´m on Personal licenses.
