I have one mailbox, that refuses to backup due to "EWS connection error" when doing message level backup. 

I have checked and made sure that NT\SELF has full access on the mailbox, the password is correct, the user isn't disabled. 



am using exchange 2013 and the latest general firmware release on the appliance.
