Call Tree Issue

One of our end users reported that she was unable to choose an option in the vendor's call tree when she called a vendor. I contacted our SIP provider and they suggested the following...


"You need send inband mid call digits, this will resolve this problem."


My question is how do I tell Cudatel to send inband mid call digits?


This is only happening when the end user calls a specific vendor, she tried calling other vendors and she was able to successfully choose options in their call trees.
