Quarantine Delivery Behaviour

It would be nice once an inbound quarantiined email is processed to be delivered, it is removed from the message log or action changed to released.


It would help if multiple people are managing quarantine.


Also, if it can be delivered via a link within the quarantine notice thst is sent to administrators but no link to users.
