We have released a few features in the past few months. We'd love your feedback on these features. "Deliver and Whitelist buttons have been removed from the Message Log, in the blocked message view for end users, preventing them from delivering any blocked messages or whitelisting senders thereof."

 

 

Message Log changes, causing issues for all users.   This should be an option to enable or disable per domain or per user.  We need this feature bask asap.

What an AWFUL decision:

I have hundreds of users whom have been trained to whitelist and/or deliver blocked emails so that IT staff doesn't have to... you have ripped that ability away from us with ZERO recourse and no say in the matter. Revert this change immediately. Do you have any idea how much effort it takes to constantly whitelist emails all day for IT staff when we could be doing more important things?

When is this going to be changed back?

 

On Aug 30 we received a Product Update email that said

 

"We will now provide an option where administrators can choose whether or not to allow their end users to deliver emails that have been blocked by Barracuda."

 

When will this option be available?  I'm spending time every single day dealing with end user requests to deliver/whitelist their blocked messages.

We are using Barracuda Cloud Email Essentials Also in the Message Log, why cannot not they have a drop down so a User can see all their emails at once vs. having to click on one section at a time.  The Documentation on the Barracuda Campus says their is an all but we do not see it in our Cloud Interface in the Message Log?!
