Does anybody use shared mailboxes in Exchange 2013? We have several shared mailboxes and I keep getting warnings in my message level logs saying that the mailbox is disabled. The mailboxes themselves aren't disabled because we can send/receive mail from/to them and I've verified they are being backed up by the appliance. However, the user accounts used for them are disabled as per Microsoft best practice. In fact, it disables the AD account for you when you create a shared mailbox. Any ideas how to stop the warnings, or at least turn them off, or will I need to enable those AD accounts even though it's against Microsoft's best practice?
