Hello forum-members!

Our company has a 2 pc of 340 in HA mode, but since a few days the active node's web page is inaccessible.

Maybe there is any way to restart its web service (maybe over ssh or telnet) instead of reset?
It is on our DR site, on the other end of country, the solution maybe could save a lot of travel for me.

I can not ssh'ing into master or slave node, but on the slave node I found some interesing setting around access contol-->authorization, access contol-->trusted hosts and advanced-->system configuration-->remote support.

Maybe somehow can I access the CLI, or only the Barracuda Team can access it from specific IP?

Any information would be helpfull about this question.

Sorry about the delayed response. If you can manage to open a support tunnel from the unit, our team can try and do the needful for you.

To open the tunnel, please try sending this request http://<mgmt ip>:8000/cgi-bin/support-tunnel.cgi

This should initiate a support tunnel. You will then have to send an email to loadbalancersupport_Team@barracuda.com or simply support@barracuda.com (larger group) to get a ticket created for the problem. And pass on the serial number of the unit having trouble to the support tech.
