I've tried looking online for any way or a form to have a customer of ours whitelisted from BRTS. I have to manually let through every e-mail for the last month and whitelisting on E-mail Security log window does not effect it. There really needs to be some way of whitelisting BRTS false-positives. This is happening way too much.
