8x8 VoIP - UDP Port Unreachable

Hey There,

Summary:  recently migrated remote sites to 8x8.  Access rules in place for Voice.  Source = IP & MAC of phones only, Service = ANY (and globally increased Session & Balanced timeouts to 600/300 respectively), Destination = 8x8 IP Subnets & DNS IPs (according to cuda support that was necessary).  No IPS, No App Control, QoS=VoIP(2), Connection Method = WAN IP via ISP (static).


Problem:  When filtering History log, sites receive A LOT of UDP packets "Port Unreachable".  On the 8x8 Network Utility Tool, under "Outbound Connectivity" it shows that ALL Ephemeral UDP ports are unavailable. 


Has anyone encountered this, moreover, figured out the resolution for this?  8x8 claims it is NOT their network. I've been racking my brain for two straight days, and still cannot find a resolution (that's with calling cuda support to help).
