X-Barracuda-Fingerprint-Found: *Spam.Other (840c95d2d8501bde8e526517b1ccbf60-78-txt)

For some reason, some of our emails are being rejected by our customers. From the logs, all rejected emails has this "X-Barracuda-Fingerprint-Found: *Spam.Other (840c95d2d8501bde8e526517b1ccbf60-78-txt)" What does this mean? The actual email just has a text body and a small PDF file. How can we prevent our customers from rejecting our emails.

I have investigated the fingerprint ID and unfortunately i couldn't track it on our real time system. Could you please contact our intent team (intent@barracuda.com) along with .eml file to investigate further on this issue. Glad to help..!
