My IP blacklisted

My new server IP blacklisted since I purchase, may be caused by the previous owner of this IP and it is not cased by me. I have placed removal request, but no response. If possible will you check and remove my IP from your black list?
208 .73.207.235

Thank you for contacting Barracuda Networks, Inc. in regards to the  IP The IP has been submitted for removal from our block list. Please allow 2 -24 hours for the changes to propagate.
