I have a potential client that I would like to recommend the Barracuda Web filter to.

The client has several PC's that they want to have network access, cloud based server and email but no internet access at all.

Is there a way on the filter to restrict ANY traffic from a specific internal IP address of a workstation?

If the device is deployed Inline, your client can create rules to block/allow ALL TRAFFIC, by creating rules for specific IP addresses under BLOCK/ACCEPT > IP Block/Exempt tab.
Also they can configure IP Groups under USERS/GROUPS > IP Subnets/Groups, then create Exceptions for the group created.
If you need help creating rules, please contact Barracuda Support and create a case.

Yes, you can go to the "Block/Accept" tab - "IP Block/Exempt"

Scroll down to the "IP and Port Blocking" and put in the Source IP and Source Netmask of the PC in Question leaving the Destination blank.

Then Scroll back up to "IP and Port Exemptions" and put in the Source IP and Source Netmask and then also put in the Destination IP and Netmask of the Could Server and Email server.  It is a bit of work but can be done.
