Web Filter - Submission For Categorization Pendingweb filter categorization

I hope you are all doing well.
I have submitted a url for categorization on Monday, and I have been checking the status of the request every few hours but the webpage still comes up as uncategorized. This is a procedure I have done multiple times, almost on a daily basis, and it has never taken more than 24 hours.
Is there something else I could do in order to get this sorted?

If you email the requested URL/domain to us at email@example.com, myself or another member of the analyst team can take a look at this for you.

Victor, the recategorization process can sometimes take 24-48 hours for it to be pushed and updated to our category definitions. In the event you're still not seeing this fixed, I'd recommend calling into the support line and have someone check on it. Our techs should be able to quickly check the status on it.
