Hi all,

I cannot get this website working for our users...

https://www.royalmail.com/track-your-item/

The initial page loads ok.

Enter a tracking number and clicking 'track you delivery' opens up a Google Captcha.

Complete the Captcha and the Captcha closes but no tracking information loads behind it.

But it does work fine outside of using the Barracuda Web Filter.

I've tracked all the URL's it's accessing by using the Web Log, and I've added every one of them to our whitelist and it still won't work.

I've also added them to our proxy.pac file to completely bypass the web filter but it still won't load the tracking information.

Any ideas please?

Model: 610Vx
Firmware v12.0.0.024

Thank you.

This is how the website should look after completing the Captcha...

Have you gone to the Policy Rule Checking page, entered the URL and client ip address to check why it is blocking that traffic?   Should give you a fairly good idea of why that traffic is being blocked.  Again, please call into the support queue and we should be able to help resolve it if this doesn't work.

The Policy Rule Checking page says 'No rules match. Default action would be taken.' 'Allow'.

I've had mostly bad experiences with your support team so would rather not call.

I was hoping someone on here has experienced this same issue with the Royal mail website.

Call into the support queue and ask for me please.

I'll resolve your problem.

Appears this is a virtual device.  What port are you using to proxy the traffic? 3128?  8080?

Are all the headers on top of proxy page enabled?

Lots of things to check.
