Email Security Gateway installed but default credentials not working

Hi,  I'm not sure what to do.  We have a trial version of the product installed but when I navigate to the web site, the default admin/admin credentials do not work.  I've contacted support but we have not been able to connect.


Any suggestions?

Try to see if you can log on to the console.  I believe you can open up a support tunnel there.
