Since updating to version our chromebooks that are configured with the WSG extension are not showing up in the Remote Devices log.


Also, users are appearing in the Web Log as Local:<username>, but they do not show up in Account View.


The extension on the chromebook does appear to update correctly.


Is anyone else experiencing something like this?  Have you found a solution?  Is this a call to Barracuda support?

I would recommend calling support for something like this. You mention a few different issues, however the ones with local:username sounds like there may be a problem connecting with Google Directory service.

There is definitely something amiss with migrating to firmware 14.* and GDS

I reverted back to firmware 12 and everyone seems happy.
