Can't access F400 by IP using Firewall/NG Admin app.

we're having problem to access Barracuda F400 device using Firewall/NG Admin app after change of firewall rule which was disabled.


We managed to connect with serial cable to CLI but haven't got idea how to fix that.


We found this page https://campus.barra...line-interface/but don't see anything useful in this case.


What we can do? Is there way to manage/edit firewall rules using CLI? Maybe revert last changes with RCS from CLI?

if resetting to factory default (with losing the current configuration) is not an option, please contact Barracuda Technical Support. Since you still have access via serial console, the chances are high that our support techs can re-configure the rule-set via CLI to get access again.
