WebEx on firmware version 14

Hello,

 

We've got 2 Web Security Gateways, one is running V.10 firmware and one is running V.14 firmware.

 

Normally they are load balanced but with this firmware we broke the load balancing and are running all of our traffic over the V.10 while we test the one running V.14.

 

The process is simple, we run the V.10 throughout the day and switch to the V.14 one when we can test.

 

Ok, with V.10 WebEx works and with V.14 it doesn't.  Active WebEx conferences that begin with V.10 will die about 2 minutes in once we switch to the V.14 WSG.  If we try and start a new WebEx session using the V.14 WSG the session will never get past "Connecting".

No errors will show up in the Logs and nothing will show up as "blocked".

 

I've added the 2 WebEx domains (*.wbx2.com and *.webex.com) and have created an allow rule but the results are the same.

 

Any advice would be appreciated.

We are experiencing the same issue with webex, the only workaround I have found is to use an IP exception
