Cannot send email to Barracuda users

detected as spam

I have a client who we just moved company email to Office365. They are bouncing messages sent to several clients detected as spam. One thing in common is that all them are coming from "cudaops" servers. Header says DKIM pass SPF pass. Client is able to send email to hundreds of other clients inclding those on gmail, yahoo, office 365 etc. Only messages are bouncing always come from
