I have a user who gets "There was a problem opening your item in Outlook" error message when she tries to view any emails through Barracuda. I clicked on the suggestions for repair. The first suggestion said to update the firmware. I clicked on the link which opened another page. I could not see an actual link to update the firmware on this page. I noticed that the page said these instructions are for Barracuda 5.2 and higher and this user is using version 5.0. I was hoping someone might have some suggestions on how to resolve this issue.
Below is some info on the user's setup:
1) Windows 7
2) Office Home and Business 2016
3) Barracuda Messenger Archivers Outlook Add-In version 5.0.57
Any help with this issue would be greatly appreciated.
