Delisting request seems to have no effect, even after 2 weeks

Two weeks ago, our server was hijacked by spammers for some hours and sent large amounts of spam. The security hole was uncovered and fixed the same day. We have filed removal requests to Barracuda the next day, with all the info required, and yet nothing has happened, I repeated the process maybe three to four times in the meantime, But there is no reaction. The removal page recommends to register with emailreg.org, which however has closed down. What is going on there?

I imagine it would be much quicker if you all would reach out directly to Barracuda support at either their phone number or email address, or by maybe opening a support ticket. These forums are a user community forum that barracuda employees sort of participate in.
