No Syslog traffic from Primary Firewall to Azure OMS

We have 2 firewalls in Active Standby, and we could see only logs from Secondary Firewall reaching the OMS suite in Azure for syslog.

 

When checked the syslog service logs, it contains these error in Primary firewall and in secondary firewall there was no errors.

 

Error    Syslog connection failed; fd='8', server='AF_INET(127.0.0.1:25226)', error='Connection refused (111)', time_reopen='3'
Error    Syslog connection failed; fd='15', server='AF_INET(127.0.0.1:25226)', error='Connection refused (111)', time_reopen='3'
Notice    Syslog connection established; fd='8', server='AF_INET(127.0.0.1:25224)', local='AF_INET(0.0.0.0:0)'
Error    I/O error occurred while writing; fd='8', error='Connection refused (111)'
Notice    Syslog connection broken; fd='8', server='AF_INET(127.0.0.1:25224)', time_reopen='3'

 

If anyone faced similar issue and resolved it, let me know the solution.

please open a support case for this. OMS issues can have multiple causes and it is quite hard to identify what may be causing your issue just by the log lines.
