My IP Blacklisted

My new server IP is blacklisted from a prior customer since I purchased. It has no blacklists with any other company but your company. I have placed removal request numerous times over months and even had my server company contact you, but no response. If possible will you please check and remove my IP from your black list? Thanks

Thank you for contacting Barracuda Networks, Inc. in regards to the IP (173.208.129.214). The IP has been submitted for removal from our block list.  Please allow 2 -24 hours for the changes to propagate.
