We have a Control Center that has a monthly subscription. Once a month the unit goes into grace mode and we have to log into the unit and manually update the license on the device. When the license expires this causes all the VPN tunnels to go down and results in a call into support to fix the license. The Control Center should be able to pull the new licenses without interaction from the customer. We need this issue resolved as soon as possible as it is impacting production and mgmt of the firewalls.
