We need a way that users can tell whether they have an incoming email that's been blocked by the spam filter other than asking IT to check for them. I know you guys created the Users section where we can create accounts for end users to log into the ESS but for the average non-technical user the cloud portal is way too complex. They are like a deer in the headlights when they log in. SIMPLE is what you guys need to think.
What would be great is if you made an Outlook plug-in that was a button on the ribbon bar that lets users see all their incoming email for the last 48 hours (or whatever time period). You know how you can click on "Recover Deleted Items" and it shows you a list of your deleted emails? It needs to be just like THAT. A list of emails along with status of whether it was delivered or blocked. Simple....simple....SIMPLE.
