Folder Sync is not syncing new folders

We have a Nightly Folder Sync set up in our Cloud Archiving service. I've just noticed that when creating a new folder in Outlook however, the new folders don't appear to be syncing correctly. The report for the folder sync shows it completed successfully, but the new folders are not appearing in the Archive add-in for Outlook.

 

This is a problem for some of my users who rely on folder structure to search for their email. Is this expected behavior for the folder sync?

That sounds broken. Give support a call and they can check out the logs and let you know what's going on.
