We have a SF100 for 8 years with EU and it works great for our dozen so of users.
Over its lifetime, we have repaired its power supply, cpu fan, and boosted ram. Sorry, but we don't own a money tree.
When it went from 1Gb to 2Gb, that made a world of difference. That little Asus AT3GC-I/NA/SI mainboard only has a total of one DIMM slot ^o^
Where is the serial number "kept"? Is it softcoded on the drive or hardcoded on the mainboard? Because if either needed replacement, I need to be ready for it.
I was able to clonezilla the harddrive one time moons ago to undo a nasty firmware, but that still doesn't tell me where the serial number is.
Can a donor mainboard from the 200 or 300 be used, which have "more"?
