Removing old Backup Devices from Cloud Control

Hello All,

I need some help removing some old backup devices from our cloud control account. From everything I have searched on, the instructions say to go to "Appliance Control" > "Device Management". Which is fine if those devices actually showed up under Appliance Control. My Backup Devices show up under the "Backup" section and I can't seem to find any option to remove the device. I have even tried from the console and the local web interface. Some of the ones I want to remove are old, offline or no longer in use. I'm assuming I will have to call into Support but wanted to check here before doing so.

I have the same issue - a dead backup device that I wish to remove. I opened a ticket, explained what I wanted, was sent a somewhat ambiguous form to fill out and FAX back - which I did the same day and still haven't received a response or seen any changes in two+ weeks. Any suggestions would also be appreciated here.
