We connected our Azure AD to Barracuda Cloud Control to let our employees use the same credentials for both. This also syncs Azure AD groups to Barracuda but I cannot find information about the schedule on which this happens.

In the Home - Directories overview, there's always several days between syncs (currently it says Sync ok 2019-04-16) and also in the directories pane, it now states 'Sync started 2019-04-16 19:50:27 CEST'

It does say groups auto-sync every 3 hours but that is not the case here.

Is there any way to check what's going on? If sync is just taking so long every time?

Also, can Barracuda read Azure AD dynamic group membership? I see it does not support nested groups, which is a pain in itself but not too bad if it supports dynamic groups.

Best regards

Go ahead and call into support. The team that handles the auth stuff (Barracuda Cloud Control) will have a tech who can check why the syncing is taking so long and also will know more about what features they support.
