Hello guys,

I've been struggling with this problem from last 2 month

i just using my new laptop (from company), but i can't use Barracuda SSL VPN since then

it always failed to install TAP driver adapter

What is going wrong here? What does the error code mean?
I tried several things:
- windows update & windows defender deactivated
- Windows firewall deactivated
- windows smartscreen deactivated
- reboot
The error code cannot be found with Google.
Here CMD failed when using auto launch VPN from barracuda web partner or manually add a new TAP virtual Ethernet adapter
C:\Program Files (x86)\Barracuda\Network Connector>rem Add a new TAP virtual ethernet adapter
C:\Program Files (x86)\Barracuda\Network Connector>"C:\Program Files (x86)\Barracuda\Network Connector\bin\tapinstall.exe" install "C:\Program Files (x86)\Barracuda\Network Connector\driver\OemWin2k.inf" tap0901
Device node created. Install is complete when drivers are installed...
Updating drivers for tap0901 from C:\Program Files (x86)\Barracuda\Network Connector\driver\OemWin2k.inf.
tapinstall.exe failed.
C:\Program Files (x86)\Barracuda\Network Connector>pause
Press any key to continue . . .

There is a compatability issue with the TAP drivers in the SSL VPN and the latest versions of Windows 10.

You can try to uninstall the VPN driver and then manually install the TAP drivers from: https://openvpn.net/community-downloads/

Then try to install the SSL VPN VPN agent.
