I have tried to connect Barracuda F18 with Huawei Router AR109W supplied by ISP, but F18 never establishes the link with Huawei Router.

At our F18 port 3 and 4 are configured to get IP adrress from two different ISP routers..

On both of those eth ports it is the same, when we connect LAN cable with Huawei AR109w:
- Port LED is shining for 4seconds

- Port LED is not shining at all for about 1-2min

And it continues this kind of loop infinitely, and we cant get connection on F18.

We have used other devices, laptops, computers, other routers with Huawei, but they all get properly Link connection as well as the IP address from DHCP server on Huawei.

One thing that we also tried is to connect Huawei Router with F18 port 1 (which is used for our LAN network), and it behaviors normally with establishing the link.

What could cause F18 not to establish the link with this router?

I am sending you current configuration of F18 interfaces (but as the screenshot tells - there is no difference in configuration between Port1 and Ports 3 and 4)..

we have also tried with Cross-over cable, but unfortunately no luck, as the result is the same.

If I use switch between Huawei ROuter and F18 port 3 or 4 - link is established without problems..

Do you have any tip that we could use to connects this two routers without using switch in between?

Thanks in Advance!
