I tried to log into our message archiver this morning and it was unresponsive. I don't remember the last time anybody tried to log into it so I don't know how long it was like that. Had to power it off and back on. It came up ok and seems to be working but there appears to be about a month of missing emails just from a couple of quick searches.
To get it back in sync can I run the exchange integration again? Will that pull over everything from the server that is missing or will it create thousands of duplicates?
