We have a problem sending messages classified as "spoofed message" but these are true messages

After having put the sender domain in "trust domain" and selected the message for sending from the message log's page, these are not sent to the recipients and on the barracuda message log’s page it is shown that the message has been queued for delivery.

Is it possible that messages that are not processed expire after a few hours?

We use a Barracuda email security gateway model V400 Firmware v8.1.0.003

If you see queued for the delivery status of an email then that usually means that the mail is no longer on the unit.

Mail is purged from the unit as space becomes limited. On a virtual unit there is very little disk space created from the virtual image (50GB) and most of that is used by the system files.

It is recommended that customers increase disk space by at least 250GB or more to ensure they have enough storage for their mail data.

You can verify this by trying to view the message. If the message body (content) is there then queued means it has not been delivered yet. If the message body is not there then it has been purged and you only have the LOG entry left.

The delivery status is part of the message storage and is not in the message log. Once the mail is purged you no longer see delivery details.
