Unable to change user role to Helpdesk

I follow the instructions in KB https://campus.barra... Spam Firewall/

 

But not work. Show below error when change one of the user role to "Helpdesk"

Error: Enter at least one valid domain managed by user.

Sorry. I found that I forgot to input the "manage domains". Problem solved.

But there are too few tasks that "Helpdesk" can do. Is ESG able to create other admin role with custom permission?

The only roles are helpdesk, per domain admin and basic user. 

Only the admin has full access to the system settings.
