We have found that on the daily "Quarantine Notification" email that gets sent out at 3:00 (the default time, plus other times if custom set) that only the Quarantined emails showing in a yellow color on the dashboard get included in this email to users. The red color "blocked" emails are not showing on this daily summary email. This is resulting in missed emails as our users do not know that these emails are getting hung up in their queue.

These are mostly emails that get blocked due to SPF controls, so the users do need to know about these emails that are not getting to them but are from legit contacts that they need to converse with. There is no option to quarantine SPF blocked emails - only to hard block those emails. So our users never know they are getting these emails hung up in their queue unless they manually log-in and check their account (which they do not regularly do).

We need a way to include these blocked red messages on the daily Quarantine Notification emails that get sent out so our end users are aware that they are stuck in their queue.

We have exactly the same need, for mostly the exact same reasons. It seems like a simple option to add, that would allow us to select which types of messages are included in our daily report.

Please someone respond from Barracuda, so we have some type of idea if this is something that will be taken seriously or not. We feel that this could be a reason on our end that this service may not be for us.

However we are having much success with the security service and would love to continue to use it, we just need a little more versatility and these additional options would help our users tremendously.

Thanks for the consideration.

We really need this for our customers as well. Otherwise we'd need some kind of scheduled report that sends the list out at a specified interval (daily, weekly, etc).

I agree. This would be a useful addition.

Am I wrong or is this not an option under: User->Quarantine Notification-> Quarantine Messages?

The helper text there says: "When set to Yes, messages that would be blocked by Intent will be quarantined instead."

I currently have this set to "No", but I'm thinking that setting to "Yes" might get your desired outcome.

I thought the same thing, however that did not yield any results for my report.

I still only see the quarantined messages, and nothing has changed as far as my blocked message and how they are treat.

and of course still not way to see a report on those that are blocked, which IMO are much more important to me.

We have also run into this issue.  Specifically ti would be nice if this were an option that could be turned on or off on a per user or global basis.
