We have found that on the daily "Quarantine Notification" email that gets sent out at 3:00 (the default time, plus other times if custom set) that only the Quarantined emails showing in a yellow color on the dashboard get included in this email to users. The red color "blocked" emails are not showing on this daily summary email. This is resulting in missed emails as our users do not know that these emails are getting hung up in their queue.
These are mostly emails that get blocked due to SPF controls, so the users do need to know about these emails that are not getting to them but are from legit contacts that they need to converse with. There is no option to quarantine SPF blocked emails - only to hard block those emails. So our users never know they are getting these emails hung up in their queue unless they manually log-in and check their account (which they do not regularly do).
We need a way to include these blocked red messages on the daily Quarantine Notification emails that get sent out so our end users are aware that they are stuck in their queue.
