Block sender address if too many inbound email

Is the ESG able to block the sender address if the number of inbound email exceed the threshold within the period?


For example. The threshold is not allow more than 10 inbound email from the same email address within 5 minutes. If exceed the threshold. Block all inbound emails from that email address for 1 hour.


The purpose is to prevent my ESG being flood by large quantity of inbound email.
