In the beginning of April we have experienced an issue with our message center that were telling users that they were not logged in. We have resolved this issue a few days after is has happened. If you are still experiencing this issue there are setup that you would need to do. issue it is a cache related issue on the network you can see by logging in to the message center from your phone or computer outside the network and you will be able to see the emails. To fix this you need to clear the cache on the workstation and or have the IT department clear it on the companies web server also should look into clearing any proxy for that site on the proxy server. To test to see that it is an internal caching issue you can access the message center from a smartphone or tablet. Also from a public hot spot that is external from your company. This is just to show that the message are able to be viewed and it is an internal caching issue.

I had this issue. Fixed adding encrypt.barracudanetworks.com to the SSL Inspection Excluded Domains list.
