Outbound email blocked Custom Rule TG670b

I have user that can't send email. It's always blocked with "10.0 HEADER: Custom Rule TG670b"

 

What does this mean, and how do i fix it? It's outbound email, and i don't see what is wrong with the email. The email looks normal.

Do any of those emails include a recipient with the email address truckeedoor@sbcglobal.net? If so, I suspect that email address is on Barracuda's Email Blacklist. If this is happening with replies or forwards, try removing the email address from the body of the message.

 

We had a similar situation with a recipient with a Yahoo.com address. We were able to email directly to the recipient, but replies and forwards were blocked or bounced.

 

This line is similar to what we were seeing in the message source: BSF_SC0_EB_truckeedoorsbcglobalnet
